Terms and Conditions
- Please note that, fees once paid will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances. Partial refund will be applicable only in case the request to discontinue the services is received within first seven days of enrollment only, provided no services were availed.
- The services are applicable & valid for 1 year from the date of enrollment, i.e. from the day fees paid to Skillsoft Overseas Education.
- Services are liable to be discontinued if the pending balance is not cleared on or before the above dates mentioned.
- We shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent documents submitted by students under any situation, whatsoever. All Universities and colleges has full right to check the authenticity of documents provided by students and grant or deny them admission based on their documents and application.
- We do not guarantee any kind of Admission Letter/Offer letter and any kind of visa’s of any host country’s universities/colleges which we directly or indirectly represent at our centers. We provide complete assistance to the best of our abilities to get the admission documents (For eg I20, CAS Letters, Admission letters, etc as specified by the host country information). We do not guarantee any visas.
- Skillsoft Overseas Education (SOE) do not have any influence or any kind of control on the visa procurement or issuance of visa in any manner, which we apply in the respective consulates of the host countries.
- After students obtaining successful visa, Skillsoft Overseas Education consultancy or its office bearers shall not be held responsible for any kind of misconduct, fraud, cheating, or any fraudulent act whatsoever in nature, etc., done or indulged by the students after reaching host countries. Upon reaching host country and if the university/college is closed down or does not operate or their license is withheld/withdrawn/cancelled/suspended as Skillsoft Overseas Education take utmost care on obtaining prior information of Universities/Colleges initially about its affiliations/recognitions and provide this to the students/parents best in the knowledge while inperson consultation before travelling.
- Skillsoft Overseas Education shall not be held responsible for the same after student reaches the destination country. Further SOE do not collect any tuition fees, directly on behalf of any universities and colleges.
