1. GENERAL POLICY
Skillsoft Overseas Education maintains a strict No Refund Policy for all service fees paid to the Company, except where explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
By engaging our services and making payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE FEES
All professional service fees paid to Skillsoft Overseas Education are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Counselling fees
Application processing fees
Documentation review charges
SOP guidance fees
University shortlisting services
Visa guidance fees
Scholarship assistance services
Pre-departure services
These fees compensate for professional time, expertise, administrative effort, and advisory services rendered, regardless of the outcome.

3. NO REFUND UNDER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds will NOT be issued in case of:
Visa rejection or refusal by any embassy or immigration authority.
University admission rejection.
Scholarship rejection.
Change of mind by the Client.
Financial inability to continue studies.
Delay in visa processing.
Changes in immigration laws or government regulations.
Incomplete, false, or misleading information provided by the Client.
Failure to submit required documents on time.
Client withdrawal after service initiation.
Failure to meet academic, English proficiency, or financial requirements.
Travel restrictions, pandemics, or global events.
Personal circumstances including health, family issues, or employment decisions.

4. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS
The Company is not responsible for refunds of payments made to third parties, including but not limited to:
Universities or colleges
Embassies or visa authorities
Immigration departments
English test providers (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
Education loan providers
Courier services
Refunds, if any, shall be governed strictly by the respective third party’s refund policies.

5. ABANDONMENT OF SERVICES
If a Client discontinues communication, fails to respond, or abandons the application process after making payment, no refund shall be issued.

6. TERMINATION DUE TO MISREPRESENTATION
If services are terminated due to:
Submission of fraudulent documents
False declarations
Misrepresentation of facts
Criminal background concealment
No refund shall be granted under any circumstances.

7. PARTIAL SERVICE COMPLETION
Even if the service process is not completed due to Client action or third-party decisions, fees remain non-refundable because:
Professional time has already been allocated.
Advisory work has been performed.
Administrative processes have been initiated.

8. EXCEPTION POLICY
Refunds, if any, will only be considered if:
Explicitly agreed in writing before payment, and
Signed by an authorized director of Skillsoft Overseas Education.
Verbal assurances or informal communications shall not be considered valid for refund claims.

9. DISPUTE OF PAYMENT
Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes without legitimate contractual basis may result in:
Immediate termination of services
Legal action
Recovery proceedings
Blacklisting from future services

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By making payment to Skillsoft Overseas Education, the Client confirms that:
They have read and understood this Refund Policy.
They agree to the No Refund clause.
They waive any claim for refund except as expressly stated in written agreement.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
