4. NO GUARANTEE POLICY
The Company does NOT guarantee:

- Visa approval
- Scholarship grants
- Immigration approval
- Employment opportunities
All outcomes depend entirely on the respective institutions and authorities.
5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Submit genuine academic and personal documents.
- Respond promptly to communication and documentation requests.
- Comply with university and embassy requirements.
- Pay agreed service fees on time.
Submission of fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
6. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
- Service fees will be communicated before engagement.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless specifically stated in writing.
- Third-party payments (university fees, visa fees, embassy charges, test fees) are separate and non-refundable.
- Payment delays may result in suspension of services.
7. REFUND POLICY
Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed strictly by written agreements signed between the Company and the Client.
No refund shall be provided for:
- Visa rejections
- Admission rejections
- Change of mind by the Client
- Incomplete documentation by the Client
- Delay caused by Client
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Visa refusal or rejection
- Admission refusal
- Changes in immigration laws or university policies
- Embassy or institutional delays
- Financial losses arising from Client decisions
- Actions or decisions of third parties
Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the service fee paid by the Client.
